Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns of new, unopened items purchased on our website for a refund or store credit within 2 days of delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address of the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are non-returnable if opened or used:

  • E-Liquids
  • Atomizers (such as RDA & Tanks)
  • Disposable Vape
  • Replacement Pods & Coils (if tamper foil is broken)
  • Replacement Coils (if tamper seal is broken)
  • Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
  • Rechargeable Batteries

Products with special seals, such as E-Liquid bottle caps or hardware packaging with tamper-proof stickers, cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Warranty Service

Hardware devices purchased directly from our website come with a 14-Day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery. You may also contact manufacturers directly for After-Sales Service for extended warranty periods.

Exclusions from 14-Day Warranty

The following products are not covered under our 14-Day Warranty:

  • Atomizers (such as RDA & Tanks)
  • Disposable Vape
  • Replacement Pods
  • Replacement Coils
  • Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
  • Rechargeable Batteries
  • E-Liquid

Warranty Eligibility

To be eligible for warranty service, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us at or using the Contact Form within 14 days of original delivery. The 14-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

Atomizers such as Tanks, RDA, and replacement parts (coils and pods) may not be covered as the original manufacturer does not provide warranty coverage on these items. Visit the manufacturer’s website for additional details.

Note: Some manufacturers require the warranty card included in the package to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

All "Dead on Arrival" (DOA), Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving them, as it is your responsibility to check within this time frame and notify us of any problems. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.

Loyalty Cashback

Users can earn 5% Loyalty Rewards on every purchase.

Redeeming Rewards

  • Single product purchase: Maximum 100tk reward points
  • Multiple product purchase: Maximum 300tk reward points

The Loyalty Cash earned has no expiry date.

Additional Information

We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please research or contact us before placing your order. Returns due to incompatibility will not be accepted.

To request a refund, replacement, or exchange, contact our returns department at Provide your full name, order number, phone number, and reasons for the return. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements will be shipped after we receive the defective item back at our facility.

Note: Atomizers such as tanks, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, pod systems, and starter kits purchased on our website are intended only for use with e-liquids and nicotine salts e-liquids.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. We do not offer replacements; defective items will result in a credit issued back to your account. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds may be issued back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) or as store credit in the form of reward points. We are not responsible for refunds to a prepaid card or a cancelled credit card if the cardholder no longer has possession of it.
